I can't access my user account. How can I change my password?

In the top right hand corner of the webpage you'll see "My account" within this section select the "forgotten your password?" question. Please insert your email address in the tab provided and automatically you'll receive an email so you can change your password. If you haven't received an email within a few minutes, please contact us.
